Dennis Kiszonas started Grace For Today in 1986 and has served as its president and the host of the radio broadcast since then. He is a native of Chicago, raised as a Roman Catholic, went to 12 years of Catholic school and was later saved as a student in college. He earned a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois and pastored churches in Chicago and New Jersey for over 25 years. In the summer of 2002 he entered into a full-time ministry of church planting in New York City and is currently serving as the pastor of the new church started in Brooklyn. Leon Gilchrist has served as a board member of Grace For Today since 1990. Leon is a native of Florida, has a degree in Chemistry and , before retirement, worked as an executive in the paint industry. He trusted in the Lord as his Savior in the late '80s through the radio ministry of Grace For Today. He pioneered the Grace For Today ministry into Brooklyn, teaching a Saturday afternoon Bible class for seven years and laying the ground work for the new church now getting started in Brooklyn.
